During college, I was a telemarketer for my alma mater. I quickly learned the power of philanthropy and wanted to carry out my passion for making difference in the world through this field. What motivates you to show up every day? Why did you get involved with the AFP DC board and what have you gained from this experience? I got involved with the AFP DC board because I want to do even more to bridge the gaps between fundraising sectors. Whether it's direct response, individual giving, planned giving, corporate philanthropy ... we're all fundraisers and have so much to learn from each other! |
